Environment Design: Jungle

I've been meaning to get more into environment design for a while. For these exercises, I wanted to focus purely on the natural environment, with the intention to explore architecture and narrative at a later point.

As the capstone of this project, I put a little extra time into the jungle scene than the others. I really wanted to capture the feeling of those wild, untamed reaches you see on the discovery channel (used to, rather) or read about in pulpy swashbucklers. Turns out, the key was vines. Lots and lots of vines.
